Every LONE BREED piece goes through the same route. It is slower than it needs to be, deliberately.
1. The question
Does this deserve to exist? If we cannot say what a piece does that something already in the wardrobe does not, it stops here. Most ideas stop here.
2. Material
We select fabric, leather, and hardware before we finalise a silhouette. The material decides what the piece can be.
3. Sampling
Three to five rounds is normal. We wear the samples for weeks — washed, packed, sat in, rained on — because that is the only honest test.
4. Fit
Graded across the full size range and fitted on real bodies, not a single house model. A piece that only works on one frame is not finished.
5. Release
Limited quantities. When a run ends, it ends. Restocks are the exception, never the plan.
